Caspar was born in Manhattan, New York, and grew up most of his life on Long Island. From an early age, he was exposed to a lifestyle of healthy diet, exercise and a holistic mentality. Caspar attended Boston University’s School of Management where he received a degree in Marketing and Finance. He then worked as a financial analyst at State Street Global Advisors before starting the venture now known as Innovative Medicine. He has played a vital role in the growth of Innovative Medicine and is especially strong in product management, product launch and marketing.

His strategic vision for Innovative Medicine focuses on three fundamental aspects:

• Building awareness of the massive health benefits of biological and energy medicine
• Fostering innovation and utilizing the latest information to educate practitioners and patients
• Expanding advanced biological medicine into new markets throughout the United States and globally

Caspar now resides in Battery Park City, NYC. He enjoys mountain climbing (has ascended the highest peaks in Africa and Europe), tennis, mixed martial arts and traveling.

Mark was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He has always had an interest in natural medicine and healing. Mark went to undergrad at Cornell University in Ithaca NY., where he majored in Applied Economics and Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship. He was initially on track for veterinary school but decided not to pursue this path and instead co-founded Innovative Medicine, LLC.

He served as Chief Operations Officer for 7 years and helped build the foundation of the company. Mark enjoyed the natural living lifestyles promoted in Ithaca, NY, and while there he took the time to become a Reiki Master. Mark is currently attending the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, OR. On his free time he enjoys traveling, running, reading, cooking and NYTimes crossword puzzles.

Ben grew up in Manhattan where he received his early education at the Rudolf Steiner Waldorf School. He went on to attend Lafayette College in Pennsylvania for Mechanical Engineering and graduated with a BA degree in Philosophy.

Health and fitness have played an integral role in Ben’s work and personal life. He holds certifications in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition and Holistic Health. He also maintains specialties in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and is an accredited member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ben has traveled extensively and lived in Australia for a year while attending the University of Queensland in Brisbane.

During his time at Innovative Medicine, Ben has established himself as a competent and dedicated team leader. His creativity and ability to think out of the box has helped him to earn the position of Executive Vice President at Innovative Medicine. In his free time, he enjoys studying psychology, bioenergetics, behavior design, learning languages, cooking, and going surfing.
