5G is already here. For many, this statement might promote fears and worries regarding electromagnetic radiation, also known as EMF. You might think to yourself: It’s too new. How do we know the long-term effects? Will it impact my and my family’s health? Is EMF protection even a thing?

In this article, we’re going to break it all down. We’ll even offer up solutions so that you can finally quit worrying. The truth is that 5G doesn’t have to be scary. With the right knowledge, you can protect yourself and your family, leaving any fear in the past.

Understanding EMFs

As you might already be aware, EMFs are all around us. If you ever wondered the reason why your parents would bark at you to quit staring into the microwave as your lunch heated up, EMFs are it.

EMFs, also called electromagnetic radiation, are wavelengths and frequencies emitted by our electronic devices and appliances. At the same time, these wavelengths and frequencies exist on a spectrum, with some impacting our body and health more than others.

So, what’s the issue? Interestingly, your body actually runs on set frequencies and external, man-made frequencies can disrupt these signals, interfering with your health and natural vibration.

Where Does 5G Come Into the Mix?

The theme of being human tends to revolve around wanting more. We jump on the latest gadgets and devices. We constantly strive for faster and better internet and connectivity speeds. With more technological innovation, it’s not surprising that the idea of 5G hit the ground running. In fact, 5G increases the rate of data transfer by over 100 times when compared to the current 3G and 4G networks. That’s incredibly beneficial for companies and individuals alike.

However, 5G has also come with many concerns and worries about human and environmental health, which isn’t particularly “new” news. Individuals across the globe have had concerns regarding radio-frequency signaling for decades.

So, why are we all concerned about 5G? Where is this worry coming from? This all comes down to the high-frequency waves that 5G technology emits. With 5G, these waves don’t reliably travel across far distances. This means that more access points are necessary, and this has led to the fear that people are exposed to more EMFs within and around their homes. Yet, this doesn’t mean you have to become excessively worried. There are things you can do to protect yourself.

Finding Solutions with EMF Protection

Not all technological innovation is bad. When it comes to the best EMF protection, these innovations have led to groundbreaking new devices that can protect your body from potentially harmful frequencies.

What is EMF protection? EMF protection involves re-balancing the body’s natural frequencies. For instance, Somavedic is an EMF protection device made from precious and semi-precious stones. These stones’ natural vibration frequencies impact and alter other frequencies, including EMFs, making it safer for them to interact with the human body.

Similarly, there are also small EMF protection devices that you can affix to the back of your cell phone. Additionally, getting outside and spending more time in nature can reduce your overall exposure to EMFs.

At the same time, there is no real scientific reason we should fear 5G over 3G or 4G wavelengths. Yes, there are more access points needed. However, this doesn’t mean you’re necessarily at a higher risk.

Further, you should always be actively searching for ways to minimize your health risks. Looking into EMF protection devices, like Somavedic, is a great place to start. You can’t stop 5G from happening. Yet, you can find ways to protect yourself and your health. At Innovative Medicine, we’re always here to help you discover just that.

If your health is feeling a little stagnant as of late or if you want new ways to speed up healing and recovery, this article is for you.
