Short Story Podcast - Mold Toxicity with Heather Claybrook

Do you have trouble sleeping? Some 50–70 million people in the U.S suffer from insomnia, with 1 in 3 adults failing to get enough sleep. But what’s the reason behind all this sleeplessness? From noisy neighbors and blue light exposure to EMFs and caffeine use, there are too many culprits to find one root cause. That’s why we’re speaking with Nicole Ritieni, a nurse at the New York Center for Innovative Medicine and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, to walk us through some easy ways to fix our sleep hygiene and ensure regenerative, quality sleep.

When sleeplessness is more of a pattern than just one or two bad nights of sleep here and there, the issue is often having a hard time of doing that unwinding and letting go. We’re very overstimulated throughout the entire day.
