George Lakhovsky & The Secret Of Life

What do birds, bees, beetles, and humans have in common? Well, according to George Lakhovsky, a brilliant 20th-century engineer and inventor, we all depend on natural radiation for survival. In fact, all life does. But is this phenomenon the secret to life? Lakhovsky believed so, and his research has some remarkable implications for the way we look at health.

Who Is George Lakhovsky?

George Lakhovsky was born in Minsk, Russia, in 1869. After graduating from university as an engineer in 1894, he moved to Paris, France, where he met his wife, had three children, and developed his theories on the electromagnetic properties of cells. After much deliberation and dedication, Lakhovsky devised his theory that “the cell, as a unit of life, is an electromagnetic resonator, capable of emitting and absorbing radiation of very high frequency; and that life is the harmony of multiple radiations of all the cells in the body reacting upon one another, and that disease is a disequilibrium introduced from outside into the cell-harmony.”

This translates to his famous three-fold principle:

  • Life is created by radiation.
  • Life is maintained by radiation.
  • Life is destroyed by oscillatory disequilibrium.

To clarify, there are two different categories of radiation, artificial (from electronics and appliances) and natural background (from the sun, earth, and our own cells). The type of radiation all life needs comes from natural sources, not human-made. Since the beginning of time, all life has and continues to be exposed to natural background radiation; it is all around us, and in us.

Lakhovsky went on to make some of the first modern discoveries about the electrical properties of both healthy and compromised cells. He also used these discoveries and a deeper understanding of the relationship between radiation and cellular health in his future innovations—including an effective cancer treatment.

Cellular Oscillation and Human Health

Cellular oscillation forms the basis of Lakhovsky’s work.

As explained by Dr. Thomas K. Szulc, M.D., an oscillating circuit—as found in radio, television, and other communication devices, as well as in computers—involves electrical vibrations and oscillations (a consistent back and forth movement) at a particular frequency. In this type of circuit, energy is readily given off in the form of waves. Lakhovsky compared the nucleus of a living cell to an oscillating circuit. Upon a very close examination of a nucleus, small, twisted filaments constituting electric currents are actually revealed, as you would find in an oscillating circuit.

Every living cell is dependent on its nucleus, which is the center of oscillations and gives off radiation. The human body contains trillions of cells that fall into around 200 different types. Different types of cells emit different radio frequencies. In a perfect state of homeostasis, these frequencies are in harmony with one another.

What Causes Oscillatory Disequilibrium?

A pathological process can begin when the balance of emission and reception is compromised. Lakhovsky described the battle between healthy cells and pathogens as a “radiation war.” If the radiation of the bacteria or virus is stronger than the cells, the healthy cells begin oscillating irregularly and eventually stop oscillating altogether. When the oscillation stops, the nucleus dies and so follows the cell.

Oscillatory disequilibrium can occur in the presence of microbes, toxins, and negative emotions, and it can also happen when we are nutrient deficient, and our pH balance is off. More so, external factors such as solar flares and chronic exposure to artificial electromagnetic fields (EMFs) can negatively impact our cell’s ability to vibrate properly and communicate efficiently.

Lakhovksy’s Solution for Re-Polarizing Cells

In the 1920s,Lakhovsky built a device called the Radio-cellular Oscillator. His test subjects were geraniums, which he inoculated with cancer-generating bacteria. Using this device, he eliminated the cancer in the germaniums by increasing the normal oscillations of the healthy cells. The success of this experiment led him to develop the more sophisticated Multi Wave Oscillator (MWO).

The MWO produced a field of multiple frequencies that worked to restore oscillatory balance. He believed that restoring oscillatory equilibrium was the key to health and healing. For years, the device was successfully used in France, Sweden, and Italy to treat cancerous growths, lesions, goiters, and all sorts of other diseases that were deemed incurable at the time.

In 1941, when Nazi Germany occupied France, Lakhovsky fled to New York. He introduced his MWO there, where it was well-received by the medical community and used successfully for several years.

Unfortunately, Lakhovsky was hit and killed by a limo while in New York, and following his death, the American Ministry of Health decommissioned his MWO and forbade its further use. The reason was that more research was necessary, and no one at the time seemed up to the task. The legacy that Lakhovsky really left behind, though, was the foundation for radiobiology.

The Secret Of Life

The “secret of life” is to find and maintain balance. Health is synonymous with harmony on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. George Lakhovsky understood this and took it to a cellular level. All life, both plant and animal, relies on a state of balance to thrive. Disharmony is what creates the perfect environment for disease.

We have learned from this wise, prescient engineer and inventor that balance and, in turn, health and life are greatly influenced by radiation. Fortunately, we can support our natural cellular radioactivity through a plant-rich diet, maintaining an alkaline pH balance (food combining), limiting our exposure to EMFs (negative ions and EMFs devices), and learning to shift our thought patterns and emotions away from the negative.
